Justin Trudeau speaks at the “Quest for Character” symposium hosted by the York Region District School Board, April 27, 2001. The symposium explores how character education lays the foundation for academic and workplace success and improved relationships.

In his remarks, Mr. Trudeau discusses the relationship between critical thinking and character education. Later, he participates in a question-and-answer session with audience members. Suhana Meharchand is the moderator.
