Opposition leader Thomas Mulcair asks about a Federal Court reference filed by Parliamentary Budget Officer Kevin Page, who is seeking clarification on his ability to request specific financial documents from federal departments. Mr. Mulcair also inquires about the prime minister’s planned absence from the premiers’ economic summit in Halifax, N.S.
