The government is asked to comment on the appointment of Mark Carney, the governor of the Bank of Canada, as governor of the Bank of England. Pierre Poilievre (parliamentary secretary to the minister of transport, infrastructure and communities) responds to allegations of suspicious donations given to the Laurier–Sainte-Marie, Que., Conservative riding association. The government is also asked about health coverage for refugee claimants and about a report by Canada’s military ombudsman.
