Opposition leader Thomas Mulcair inquires about the approval of a takeover bid by China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC) for Nexen, a Canadian oil company. Pierre Poilievre (parliamentary secretary to the minister of transport, infrastructure and communities) fields questions concerning the alleged use of “robocall” voter suppression techniques in the 2011 federal election.
