NDP deputy leader Megan Leslie asks Prime Minister Stephen Harper about tax increases in the 2013 federal budget. Ted Menzies (minister of state for finance) faces a number of questions about tariff and tax increases.

In his final appearance in Question Period before retiring from federal politics, Bob Rae, the former interim leader of the Liberal Party, asks Mr. Harper about the government’s handling of negotiations surrounding the Keystone XL Pipeline. Mr. Harper commends Mr. Rae on his parliamentary service.
