Jason Kenney (Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism) is questioned by Opposition leader Thomas Mulcair and Liberal foreign affairs critic Marc Garneau about changes to the temporary foreign worker and Employment Insurance programs. Environment Minister Peter Kent fields inquiries about the government’s approach to global climate change; Opposition justice critic Françoise Boivin and Public Safety Minister Vic Toews debate what Ms. Boivin calls the government’s “muzzling” of the RCMP. There are also questions on privacy breaches affecting Canadians, youth unemployment rates, and a number of health policy issues.
