Opposition leader Thomas Mulcair asks Prime Minister Stephen Harper about punishment for senators Mike Duffy, Patrick Brazeau, and Mac Harb, who are accused of having filed ineligible Senate expense claims. Treasury Board president Tony Clement faces questions about the awarding of consultation contracts and about a recent finding by the Auditor General of $3.1 billion in missing public safety expenditures. There are also a number of inquiries related to youth employment opportunities and Employment Insurance benefits.
