Paul Calandra, the parliamentary secretary to Prime Minister Stephen Harper, faces another day of questions about RCMP documents related to the Senate expenses scandal. Opposition leader Thomas Mulcair and Liberal MP David McGuinty ask about the involvement of Mr. Harper, a number of Conservative senators, and several senior advisors to the prime minister. The day’s other topics of debate include the elimination of violence against women, the World Trade Organization’s decision to uphold the European ban on Canadian seal products, and a deal to curb Iran’s nuclear program.
