Opposition leader Thomas Mulcair asks Prime Minister Stephen Harper about findings in the fall 2013 report by Auditor General Michael Ferguson, which raised concerns about shipbuilding procurement and food safety, as well as rail safety in light of the July 2013 disaster in Lac-Mégantic, Que. Mr. Mulcair also continues to interrogate Mr. Harper about the contents of RCMP documents related to the Senate expenses scandal, including email correspondence between Nigel Wright (Mr. Harper’s former chief of staff), senators, and senior advisors to Mr. Harper.
