Question Period - February 24, 2014

Opposition leader Thomas Mulcair poses questions about the government’s response to extreme political unrest in Ukraine. Later, Mr. Mulcair accuses the government of attempting to “cheat in advance” with its introduction of Bill C-23, the Fair Elections Act, without holding public consultations.

The government also faces questions about the spread of the PED "pig virus," the "Feathers of Hope" action plan released by First Nations youth, and an alleged lack of support for middle-class Canadians in the most recent federal budget.
