Prime Minister Stephen Harper responds to inquiries from Opposition leader Thomas Mulcair concerning cuts to the government’s budget for job-market research and from Liberal leader Justin Trudeau concerning the proposed purchase of F-35 fighter jets. The government also faces questions about the proposed Northern Gateway oilsands pipeline, Canada’s possible participation in a U.S. ballistic missile defence program, and the constitutionality of changes to the Citizenship Act contained in Bill C-24.
