Following the publication of a letter signed by four former Canadian prime ministers calling for better civilian oversight of CSIS, Peter MacKay (Minister of Justice) faces renewed questions about the proposed expansion of CSIS’s mandate with Bill C-51, the Anti-terrorism Act.
