Later, Fred Mifflin (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of National Defence) is asked about Canada’s peacekeeping mission in Bosnia, while Maurizio Bevilacqua (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Human Resources Development) responds to calls for greater provincial control over job training programs.
