The U.S. Department of Commerce’s preliminary ruling to implement a 220% duty on all U.S.-bound CSeries jets has struck a heavy blow to Bombardier.

A former anchor and journalist at TQS and Télémédia CIMF-FM in Outaouais, Pierre also served as radio host and station manager.
