NDP Democratic Reform critic David Christopherson, interim NDP Leader Nycole Turmel, Liberal Leader Bob Rae, and Bloc Québécois Democratic Reform critic Louis Plamondon reacted to the government's bill to increase the number of seats for Ontario, British Columbia, Alberta, and Quebec in the House of Commons.
