Foreign Affairs Minister John Baird spoke briefly to reporters while wearing a New York Rangers jersey, the result of losing a hockey wager with his U.S. counterpart Hillary Clinton. The Rangers defeated the Ottawa Senators last night to advance to the second round of the Stanley Cup playoffs.
