Opposition leaders Thomas Mulcair, Bob Rae and Daniel Paillé commented on the decision of Prime Minister Stephen Harper not to address the United Nations General Assembly. Conservative MP Stephen Woodworth spoke to reporters about his motion calling for a study on when human life begins. The vote on the private member's motion is scheduled to take place tomorrow in the House of Commons. Mulcair, Rae and Paillé also discussed the motion.
