NDP Leader Thomas Mulcair, Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau and Minister of State Maxime Bernier comment on Stephen Harper's absence in Question Period today. The opposition will have to wait until later in the week to question the Prime Minister over the Senate expenses scandal.

The Liberal leader is also asked about his comments that the Senate gives Quebec an advantage over the West. Mulcair and Parliamentary Secretary Pierre Poilievre respond as well to questions about Trudeau's Senate comments.

Liberal Foreign Affairs critic Bob Rae comments on allegations that CSIS did not inform the RCMP about navy spy Jeffrey Delisle.
