Justice Minister Peter MacKay, NDP Leader Thomas Mulcair and Liberal Leader Justin Trudeau speak to reporters about the rules for appointing judges from Quebec to the Supreme Court.

Mulcair also comments on the Fair Elections Act and the Quebec values charter.
