NDP Leader Thomas Mulcair speaks with reporters about Canada's contribution to NATO's mission in response to the crisis in Ukraine, the dispute between the Prime Minister's Office and Supreme Court Chief Justice Beverley McLachlin and the status of the government's First Nations education bill. Conservative MP Rob Clarke and interim Bloc Québécois House Leader Jean-François Fortin also comment on the education bill.
