Justice Minister Jody Wilson-Raybould and Health Minister Ginette Petitpas Taylor answer questions about the Senate's passage of Bill C-45, legalizing recreational marijuana. The Senate passed the federal government's legislation last night with a 56-30 vote at third reading (with one abstention). The amended Bill now returns to the House of Commons, where MPs must approve the 40-plus changes.
