Celgene Corporation v. Attorney General of Canada
Celgene Corporation v. Attorney General of Canada - November 10, 2010 Case #33579 The Federal Court of Appeal ruled that Celgene had to provide pricing information for the drug Thalomid, which is a blood-cancer drug and one of the company's top-selling drugs. Celgene argues that it does not have to provide the information because Thalomid is not sold in Canada. Celgene had shipped the drug to a Canadian doctor to treat a patient in Canada.
