In this episode, Pierre speaks with Gérald Beaudoin, a constitutional law expert. Mr. Beaudoin first practised law in the 1960s. He later taught constitutional law at the University of Ottawa until 1988. On September 28, 1988, he was appointed to represent the electoral district of Rigaud, Quebec in the Senate of Canada. He retired from the Senate on April 15, 2004. Mr. Beaudoin has taught more than 4, 000 lawyers in Quebec.
