The Revue Politique “Tête à Tête” series delves into the lives of newsmakers, movers and shakers. In these in-depth and personal conversations, Pierre Donais sits down with guests to discuss their life experiences and to reveal what drives them today.

In this episode, Pierre speaks with Marie Robillard, who is very involved with British Columbia’s French-speaking community. The Montreal native settled in Victoria, B.C., with her husband in 1961. In 1985, she became the first president of the Association historique francophone de Victoria. In 1995, she was awarded the Ordre de la fidélité française an Amérique. Today, she works with seniors’ groups in Victoria and regularly participates in activities affecting her community.

Drawing on four decades of radio and TV experience, Pierre has a reputation for being as personable as he is astute. He joined CPAC in 2003 to host Revue Politique, a nightly review of the day’s politics for Francophone viewers. He also delves into the personal with guests on Tête à Tête. A former anchor and journalist at TQS and Télémédia CIMF-FM in Outaouais, Pierre also served as radio host and station manager. He has recently completed his Master’s degree in law at the University of Ottawa.
