In this episode, Pierre Donais interviews John Parisella. John Parisella holds political science degrees from Concordia University and McGill University.
Mr. Parisella served as director general of the Québec Liberal Party in the 1980s and was chief of staff to Quebec premiers Robert Bourassa and Daniel Johnson, Jr. On September 30, 2009, he was appointed Québec’s Delegate General in New York by the Jean Charest government. Since January 9, 2012, Mr. Parisella has been Executive Director of the fundraising campaign at HEC Montréal, Polytechnique Montréal and Université de Montréal. He also teaches in the business school and in the political science department.
Drawing on four decades of radio and TV experience, Pierre has a reputation for being as personable as he is astute. He joined CPAC in 2003 to host Revue Politique, a nightly review of the day’s politics for Francophone viewers. He also delves into the personal with guests on Tête à Tête. A former anchor and journalist at TQS and Télémédia CIMF-FM in Outaouais, Pierre also served as radio host and station manager. He has recently completed his Master’s degree in law at the University of Ottawa.
