Hello Mr. Oliver, I had a step granddaughter graduating on June 14, 2013. We were all very happy to have seen you receive your Honorary Degree from Nipissing University at the same time. It was a special feeling knowing that we shared a small space in the same room as a man of your stature and knowledge. You gave a wonderful speech to the audience and to all the graduates. I just wanted to take a minute to tell you how very honored we were to have been there on that special day for us all. It was also special for Shannen as she is now going to be in Ryerson to complete 2 years of journalism. I only wish for her that she, at some time in her life, gets the opportunity to perhaps meet in person the amazing and so well respected Dr. Craig Oliver O.C. Thank you Hopefully your new acquaintance Susan Sparling.
