prevalent with Sodom /Gomorrah and destruction of those City -States ,because underfoot God owns the
soil they walk and air they breath as today every inch is His ownership and so ( Rome ) if you like to live that
way will meet its appointed -demise ,God is able to accomplish that in effect in an second but Has let
the conditions dictate the demise if nothing else ( and other reasons ) to show why this takes place !
