Nexen Deal
The theory of TILMA between BC and Alberta was OK, but when it was signed there were flaws that would still be there except TILMA has now expanded to inlcude Sask as well. Trade Investment and Labour Mobility agreement sounds wonderful until you delve into it and find that any profit loss disputes, which are the only ones that are really expressed as likely to take place and the only ones Campbell and Klein were asked to arrange for, only go to an independent tribunal and have no legal recourse; just like that the FIPA between Canada and China (which IS NOT a trade deal at all any more than is the Pacific Rim Pact) will have no courts envolved and we will not as Canadians that we are even being attacked for lost profits, nor how much we will have to pay. Not to worry though as this Harper government is not concernd with the size of our national debt or our deficit so they will just contiunue to rise merrily as we proceed into the vortex of debt based on credit that is fiat money anyway and has no meaning. What a mess
