Since ALBERTA'S OILSANDS is a SEWER then why is the revenues from the sewer oilsands paying for social programs and giving money to Quebec. Why doesn't Mulclair and Megan Leslie sign a contract 'to not HAVE NOT ONE DIME from the SEWER OILSANDS be given to Quebec or be use on social programs.
