Watch wall-to-wall coverage including the opening and closing ceremonies, plenary sessions, and key speeches by Ottawa Mayor Jim Watson, Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty, Interim Liberal Leader Bob Rae, and former Liberal Leader Michael Ignatieff, among others.
