Pierre-Paul Noreau of Le Soleil will moderate the discussion as the seven remaining contenders – Niki Ashton, Nathan Cullen, Paul Dewar, Thomas Mulcair, Peggy Nash, Martin Singh and Brian Topp – discuss foreign policy and Canada’s role abroad.
