High-profile guest speakers including Defence Minister Peter MacKay, Chief of Defence Staff Walter Natynczyk, UK Chief of Defence Staff David Richards, and Commander of U.S. Central Command James Mattis are on the agenda to discuss Canada’s role in the world, failing states, energy security, Canadian Forces operations and more.
