Replay of the 1953 Queen’s Coronation

(Ottawa, May 22, 2013) – To mark the 60th anniversary of Her Majesty’s crowning, CPAC brings viewers a digitally re-mastered replay of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II on June 2nd. Care of our British counterparts at BBC Parliament, Canadians will be able to experience how the day unfolded in 1953 with seven hours of uninterrupted footage of the Abbey Coronation Service in London. Travel back in time to see the pomp and ceremony of an historic occasion when Queen Elizabeth II ceremoniously ascended the throne.
