The youngest and fastest growing segment of Canada’s population is Aboriginal however statistics also show this vital demographic has one of the highest secondary school drop-out rates in the country. Former Prime Minister the Right Honourable Paul Martin is tackling this immense challenge through the Martin Aboriginal Education Initiative. Heather Seaman spoke to him at his Montreal office about the charitable organization.
