Dartmouth-Cole Harbour
Since 2004, Liberal MP Mike Savage has held the seat for the Nova Scotia riding of Dartmouth-Cole Harbour. Looking to unseat Savage are returning candidates and former teachers Paul Shreenan of the Green Party and Wanda Webber from the Conservative Party. Shreenan previously instructed environmental sociology and development studies at Saint Mary’s University, while Webber has taught at George Bissett Elementary and Prince Andrew High School. Representing the NDP is former leader of the Nova Scotia NDP, Robert Chisholm, who in 1998 helped the provincial NDP gain 15 seats.
