In 2008 the race in Vancouver wasn’t the closest, but the split between the top three vote-getters was less than 3,000 votes and it promises to be just as close this time. This working class riding where average incomes are low, and the percentage of new Canadians is high, has been represented by the NDP’s Don Davies since 2008. Wendy Yuan is returning to represent the Liberals and the Conservative candidate is Trang Nguyen.
