Wascana
The seat for the Saskatchewan riding of Wascana has been held by Liberal MP Ralph Goodale since the riding held its first vote in 1997. Vying for Goodale’s seat are former Conservative Party campaign manager, and first time candidate Ian Shields, the NDP’s Marc Spooner who is an Assistant Professor at the University of Regina in the Faculty of Education, and second time candidate Bill Clary of the Green Party.
