MPs continue their study of Bill C-43, which would amend the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act.

Lawyer Jacques Shore discusses his support, while Amy Casipullai and Francisco Rico-Martinez from the Ontario Council of Agencies Serving Immigrants address the overrepresentation of racial minorities in prisons.
