Canada's new chief of the defence staff, General Tom Lawson, speaks about his plans and priorities for the Canadian Forces. General Lawson replaced retiring general Walt Natynczyk as the top military commander in October.

This is pretty long so I don't expect you'll get to watch the whole thing, but this guy is a great example of responding well to difficult inquiries and people. He is particularly good at translating technical information for civilians who think they know what they're talking about...perhaps some relevance for you.
