Assistant Auditor General Sylvain Ricard discusses chapter 10 of his office's 2013 spring report dealing with advance funding of the P3 Canada Fund. This Fund provides support to infrastructure projects procured by other levels of governments through public-private partnerships known as P3.

Richard Botham, an acting assistant deputy minister with the Department of Finance, and Greg Smith, a vice-president at PPP Canada Inc., provide their departments' responses to the audit.
