Senators hear from various unions and labour associations as they continue their review of Bill C--377. The Conservative private member's bill calls for the public financial disclosure by labour organizations. The witnesses raise concerns related to jurisdictional issues, the cost to taxpayers and the invasion of privacy.

Dassios of the Power Workers' Union, Philip Hochstein of the Independent Contractors and Business Association of British Columbia, and Paul Moist with the Canadian Union of Public Employees.
