Senators continue their discussion on bill (C-377) that requires labour organizations to publicly disclose all financial transactions over $5,000. Richard Perron, of the Syndicat de professionnelles et professionnels du gouvernement du Québec, Adam Jackson representing Union of Taxation Employees (PSAC), Moin A. Yahya from the University of Alberta, and Claude Poirier Canadian Association of Professional Employees (CAPE) testify.

Pierre Patry of the Confédération des syndicats nationaux, Lou Serafini representing Fengate Capital Management, Jim Stanford of the Canadian Auto Workers, and John Mortimer representing the Canadian LabourWatch Association discuss the bill's intended and unintended implications on the federal labour code and union representation.

Nancy MacCready-Williams from Doctors Nova Scotia, Michel Mailhot from the Fédération interprofessionnelle de la sane du Québec, Anne Sutherland Boal of the Canadian Nurses Association, Matthew Maruca representing Doctors Manitoba, as well as Francis Donovank discuss the bill's significance on the health care workforce across the provinces.

UPDATE: On June 26, the Senate passed amendments to Bill C-377 and sent it back to the House of Commons.
