Iain Colquhoun and Patrick Smyth from the National Energy Board discuss a whistle-blowers hotline to report violations of the NEB’s safety and environmental regulations. The witnesses also outline the investigative process that occurs once a violation is brought to the board’s attention.

Dan King, vice-president of engineering and asset reliability and chief engineer of TransCanada responds to a report which claims his organization violated one of the NEB’s safety and environmental regulations.
