Honouring Canada's Veterans
A Ceremony of Remembrance took place in the Senate Chamber. This 15th annual ceremony marks the start of Veterans' Week, which is celebrated every year in Canada from November 5th to November 11th. The special focus of this year's ceremony was the 95th anniversary of the Battle of Passchendaele, which drew to a close on November 10, 1917. (November 5, 2012)
