Ian Waddell introduces a motion for concurrence on a report from the Standing Committee on Energy, Mines and Resources; Cyril Keeper, Dan Heap, George Baker, and Margaret Mitchell respond. The House resumes consideration of Bill C-19, legislation dealing with motor vehicle transport.
