Frith, Iain Angus, Mike Cassidy, Jean-Robert Gauthier, Herb Gray, Bill Blaikie, William Rompkey, Vic Althouse, Cyril Keeper, Howard McCurdy, and Pauline Jewett. Bill C-51 passes second reading on a recorded vote and members proceed to consider the bill in committee of the whole.

Question Period is dominated by inquiries directed at Erik Nielsen (Minister of National Defence) and Jake Epp (Minister of National Health and Welfare) on the subject of pensions.
