A lengthy discussion ensues with the participation of Mr. Riis, Doug Lewis (Minister of State (Treasury Board)), Lloyd Axworthy, Steven W. Langdon, Lorne Nystrom, Les Benjamin, Jim Hawkes (Parliamentary Secretary to the President of the Privy Council), Jean-Robert Gauthier, John McDermid (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for International Trade), and Cyril Keeper.
