The House moves to limit debate on Bill C-70, an amendment to the Family Allowances Act. Members consider Bill C-73, validating ordinances of the Yukon and the Northwest Territories; participants in the debate include David Crombie (Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development), Douglas C.
