Witness: Herbert Vaney
Herbert Vaney (former Area Sales Manager in Toronto for Air India) testifies under direct examination by Commission Counsel Anil Kapoor. Mr. Kapoor asks Mr. Vaney about the relationship between his work and airport security and about threats to Air India in Canada in 1985. Mr. Kapoor refers to a variety of Air India documents suggesting Mr. Vaney’s responsibility for the management of Air India security procedures. Mr. Vaney disputes the allegation.
