The Commission hears submissions as part of its mandate to recommend an arm’s-length review mechanism for the national security activities of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). Submissions are made by Alan Borovoy and Ken Swan (Canadian Civil Liberties Association) and Scott Burbidge (former Policy Advisor, Department of Solicitor General).
